The author of this online course is Corina Zaharia, a psychologist with over 35 years of experience in the field (member of the Romanian Association of Psychologists and of the College of Psychologists in Romania since its foundation), combining the practical activity with the academic one.

As a practitioner, she began her activity in the field of transport psychology and the psychology of work and organization. She subsequently pursued a thorough specialization in the field of clinical psychology, particularly child and adolescent psychopathology. She was employed as a clinical psychologist at the Gh. Marinescu University Clinic for children and adolescents, section V neuropsychiatry, as well as a clinical psychologist, first within the pediatric section and later in the psychiatric one of the Ministry of Interior Polyclinic.

In addition, she is a founding member of two organizations: the psychological office of Zaharia and Associates SCPP, where she currently carries out professional supervision and the Association of Applied Psychology and Related Sciences No Stress Center, which has organized several workshops and international psychology congresses. The Association of Applied Psychology and Related Sciences No Stress Center becomes from 2015 an accredited provider of training services for psychologists and organizes complementary and continuous training courses (accredited by the Romanian College of Psychologists).

On the academic side, Dr. Corina Mihaela Zaharia has been an associate professor for over 12 years at the University of Bucharest, Fac. of Psychology and Educational Sciences (at the Master of Management Training in the psychology of work, transport and services), as well as a teacher / trainer, later head of the Department of Management and Legislation, at the Institute for Public Order Studies within the Ministry of Interior.

Currently, in addition to her supervisory activity, she collaborates as a leading psychologist and a founding member in the associations Serenity Home, in the field of social services, senior care and All4joy, in the area of early education of children and social services for children and young people.

Since 2009, she has obtained several international certifications, as a master in NLP, Coaching, TLT and Hypnosis, integrating these new skills into her professional practice.
